Las cadenas de rodillos de precisi\u00f3n de paso corto de la serie A se utilizan ampliamente en maquinaria agr\u00edcola y transportadora. Estas cadenas est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para soportar cargas extremadamente altas. Para determinar la resistencia de su cadena, es necesario conocer su resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n. La resistencia a la fatiga es tan importante como la resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n. Esta resistencia se determina por varios factores, como el tipo de acero, el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico de los componentes de la cadena, la fabricaci\u00f3n de los orificios de paso y la intensidad del granallado.<\/p>\n

Las cadenas de rodillos de precisi\u00f3n de paso corto (APC) de la serie A est\u00e1n disponibles en diversos tama\u00f1os. Cada cadena consta de un eslab\u00f3n de conexi\u00f3n y uno o m\u00e1s eslabones descentrados. Las cadenas de rodillos de precisi\u00f3n de paso corto de la Serie A cumplen con la norma ISO 9633 de resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n. Presentan una resistencia a la tracci\u00f3n de 7 kN\/cm\u00b2. Se utilizan en la transmisi\u00f3n de potencia mec\u00e1nica, aplicaciones afines y en la producci\u00f3n de cadenas de giro. Estas cadenas est\u00e1n disponibles en configuraciones de una, dos y varias hileras, seg\u00fan su tama\u00f1o y paso. Est\u00e1n disponibles en diferentes recubrimientos y longitudes seg\u00fan el entorno de trabajo.<\/p>\n

Las cadenas de rodillos de precisi\u00f3n de paso corto de la Serie A se fabrican en acero o acero inoxidable. La resistencia m\u00e1xima m\u00ednima de una cadena de acero es de 12500 x (paso, pulgadas).
